Traditional
nourishing soup To
provide the basic nutrition during recovery periods Functions: Note: We strongly recommend a health diet free of meat and rich in raw vegetables, fruits, seeds, and nuts, providing a perfect healing environment of high pH and rich in enzymes, biophotons, and unsuturated fatty acids. While the values of vegetarian food are not questioned for optimal healing, this soup is working on the concept that for the immediate needs of a severely impaired health system, nutrients should be cooked out from meat, tendons, and skin. Please be advised to not eat the meat but only drink the soup. Ingredients: 1/2 kg river fish
(carp or tilapia; no predator, no ocean fish)
How to do
it: 2: skim the oil from the top and discard (easy to do after the soup is cooled in a fridge); 3: sieve the remaining soup through a strainer; Drink 3 bowls per day. Since Ming Dynasty this soup has been served to the people in the palace to keep them free of disease. The soup developed because the doctors of the royal families faced strong pressure to keep the emperors and their families healthy and long living. Serving them BaoYuan soup has been one of the most successful ways of keeping everybody healthy, and moreover: keeping the doctors alive.
